1. Online Cost Estimator

All preliminary calculations generated through our false ceiling cost calculator or indicative starting prices represent estimated base costs. Final binding quotations depend on actual on-site laser measurements, ceiling slab conditions, electrical cutouts, and confirmed scope of work.

2. Pricing and Scope Integrity

Our stated rates (Gypsum C Grade ₹100, B Grade ₹130, A Grade ₹150, A+ Grade ₹180 per sq.ft.) cover the specified channel framing and board installation scope. Painting, electrical wiring, spotlights, and decorative profiles are quoted separately unless explicitly included in your final signed contract.

3. Site Access & Power Supply

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the premises and continuous electrical power for laser levels and screw guns during project execution.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

All contracts and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
